Danger Mouse did it best with his Jay-Z/Beatles "Grey Album", but there are plenty mash-ups out there. Unfortunately most are pretty lame; here are some of the more interesting ones I've heard.

Great mix! Do you know where I can get the whole Grey Album?
Sorry -- most of the sites that used to host it have taken it down for legal reasons. Your best bet would probably be to try to find a torrent of it.
